At the start of each day, dealer principal Anthony Ellis of the SMG
group’s BMW Pietermaritzburg.
meets his clients in the dealerships double award-winning workshop.
He said its all part of the service that won's those awards.
Founded in 2009 by Sean McCarthy with just two
dealerships in Durban and Pietermaritzburg, the group today boasts nine
dealerships, with the latest having opened in Umhlanga.
BMW South Africa has
awarded its most prestigious Dealer of the Year award to SMG four times in the
last five years.
Ellis said it is all based on commitment to service excellence,
and invites buyers to experience this for themselves.
